Art District Best of 2009 Awards Gala and Exhibition
TICKETS ON SALE AT THE DOOR!
It's THE art community Holiday Gala! This is the party that will end Denver's art year with a bang!Live music, bar, holiday arts and crafts gift vendors, speical guests, food, studio tours and more!
Get ready for an art-studded night of fun, entertainment and celebration!
Awards presented 9pm. (Onsite Voting ballots due in by 8:30)
It's also the Opening Reception for the The Art District Best of 2009 Exhibition, designed to recognize individual art works shown throughout the year, in commercial galleries, studios and co-ops within the District. This show was juried by Gwen Chanzit, curator of the Denver Art Museum, and Michael Chavez, curator of the Foothills Art Center.
The exhibition will run from December 18th until January 11th and may be seen with no admission fee during regular gallery open hours (Tuesday through Friday 11-6, Saturday 12-4). For more information, please visit http://www.910arts.com .
